Yesterday I finished a small spring wallhanging. First quilt finished in

2011 so I'm definitely happy dancing.

I put a photo in the 2011 quilts album at

My kitchen is blue and yellow and I sure would find a spot for this quilt. Beautiful!

Blue and yellow quilts just always find a happy part of my heart; you made excellent choices in putting those together. It sounds easy but sometimes they just yawn. Yours sing. Atta girl. Polly

Oh, that makes me long for Spring to arrive. We are in the cold grey stage at the moment so to see your bit of brightness is very welcome.

Thank you! It sure was nice to work on while it's so dreary outside.

This weekend I'll have to work on the blocks for our guild' raffle quilt--Christmas fabrics.

I have one wall in the dining room where I get to rotate my quilts seasonally. This will fit that space. Right now I have a Mariner's Compass hanging there but might swap this one in soon because I'm so tired of gray skies.

Thank you. You'll have to fight MSM for it though--it matches her kitchen as well.

We're in cold gray as well with more snow predicated tonight. I really needed that little burst of spring myself.

The way I'm feeling, I think I will have to. I'm so tired of this winter.
