We've been home over a week, and my sewing room is as tidy as it gets, but every day, something has interfered with my good intentions! Went to the doctor yesterday about my knee, and then off for an x-ray. This morning was an early trip to have blood taken, and DH has a list of places he wants to go to "check things out". I'm going to send him off by himself for some of them..... My BFF came over on Wednesday and we pin-basted 2 baby quilts. She took one home to finish, and I'm going to quilt the other for her. They will be gifts for a family at her church. I have been basting hexagons during my TV time, and also when we drive any distance. It is amazing how many can be prepped in a short time. The hexagon quilt I made last year used 1 inch hexies, but this year I'm sewing 1/2 inch hexies - really cute! Only slightly insane!!!!
