Oh my goodness, what a fantastic piece of work. The quilting is exquisite - quite unimaginable. I looked at the pictures with my mouth dropping open further as each detail was revealed. When I saw the quilt in the distance from the first link, I was surprised - perhaps because it had a limited colour palette; but, when I saw the quilting, I quite saw why she won the prize again. It really is a culmination of all the marvellous work she has done up to now. At least, it might not be! she might do even more. But, I can't think of how her work could be bettered. . I cannot even begin to imagine how many hours/days'weeks/months it took her to quilt that. Anyway, it's an amazing quilt. She deserved to win.

OMG the quilting is amazing!!!

I don't know if I should be inspired....or discouraged at my own MQ efforts.

Ah well, one step at a time.
