No, because it's not licensed to be sold. The only way you'll find it is if someone has had it in their stash for years, and decides to sell it. Many years ago it could be bought at JoAnn's and Hancock's, but no longer. Even if you made a trip to OH you couldn't get it. How about using just scarlet and gray colors on the back? Gen

I could have sworn I saw some in Hancock's when I was in Cincinnati a couple of weeks ago. The Hancock's on Colerain Avenue. I remember wondering why it was carried in a store so far "south." Maybe if you call, they'll send you some.
I went to quiltshops.com and put in "Ohio State". There are several quiltshops that have fabric that say "Ohio" on them. I did find this for the university:
