My favorite present. A little OT too!

I do hope all was well, and peaceful for you all yesterday. I have just posted a picture of my best Christmas present ever. Its the 1 st one in the Handbags folder. My very clever Quilting friend made it for me. It is a quite large Holdall, and also made in my favorite colours. the picture doesnt do it justice.It is PURPLE and Lime. Jeanne would approve I think. It will be great for the New Year trip to DS2. ( incidently he got down on his knee and proposed on christmas day on the freezing cold beach at Bournemouth) Have to start thinking Hats again ! lol

Very pretty! I love lime green too, and the shade of purple she used for accent is just perfect. What a nice friend!

I too have a friend, my foster sister who makes me special bags - so very talented these ladies.

That's a great bag Estelle! Guess there's no use even trying to put in a subtle beg - it appears that you love your present. Perhaps you could beg your friend for the pattern name?

Estelle it's gorgeous. What a great friend! I may just have to start making gifts for my friends instead of just getting them Starbucks' gift cards so they can buy me coffee. ;)
