Needing the Viking stitchers

My quilting buddy wails that she's killed her Viking. She was doing some sort of fancy stitch around the corner of a binding and reset the stitch so it would come out even. NOOoooooooo! Her beloved Viking slammed shut. Will not stitch. She can not figure out how to get it set back to default stitching. Not even a straight stitch. Nothing. She's phoned the Viking dealers to the east and west of us and both say they've never heard of such a thing. Her SM is a top-of-the-line Viking about 2 years old. I don't speak Viking. I'm pretty good at root and pillage but troubleshooting one of them is way out of my line. Please, could any of you guide her or aim her at a Viking group that could? Hopefully it is only a matter of hold this down and then that. ? Polly

Your friend an email her directly and/or check out her website. She is very knowledgeable & very good about responding in a timely manner. I've put the call out to her a couple of times & she always knows the answer!

Ooops, hit send too quickly.

I belong to the D1 and the SE groups, but Jan is active on all of them. There are also some good Husqvarna techie people who participate as well. Your friend should search the yahoo groups for Husqvarna.
