New Home Round Bobbin Rotary FOR NOTHING!!!!!

I just found on our giveaway table here in my apartment building a New Home Round Bobbin Rotary Model NLB sewing machine. I saw the case on the floor and grabbed it without even looking at it. Brought it back to my apartment and opened it up and was utterly gob smacked!!!!! Instruction book, and what appears to be all the attachments/accessories as well. Have only had it for about 15 minutes but I can't wait to explore and fondle and oil and learn and use and, and......!!!!!!

Anyone have one of these? I can't seem to find a model year for it. Anyone have any ideas how old it is? Any advice or guidance would be very welcomed!!!

I HAVE A NEW BABY!!!! AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY A PENNY! WHOOHOOO! (Keep your fingers crossed that it works!!!)

Thanks Polly! I just gave her a test drive and my heart sunk for just a moment until I remembered that sometimes you have to give the wheel a bit of a tug to get it going! She sewed fabulously!! Okay, only two small seams to adjust stitches, but she works - that's what matters!!!!

Thanks for the links Kate! This one is she/her? (Okay grammarians, is it she or her?)

I tried her and she's a living doll so far, AND she has a quilting attachment just about like the one my mom's treadle has (it's in storage, boo hoo!) I am so psyched! In fact it has wonderful attachments, many of which I probably will never use, but you never know!!!!

Falling in love with my new baby! Dreamweaver - I wonder what her name will be?
