These are from a fellow Weight-Watcher; I haven't tried any of them.

Combine 1 cake mix (any flavor), 1 can diet soda (any flavor), and 1 egg white. Mix and bake. Cut into 16 pieces, 2 pt. each. Try chocolate cake & cherry coke, lemon cake & Fresca, etc. I haven't tried it, but have been told it's good.

Pumpkin cake or muffins: 1 box cake mix (any flavor - spice, carrot, or banana are good), 1 small can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling), 1/2 cup water. Mix & bake. Cut into 16 pieces, 2 pt. each

1 angel food cake mix, 1 can Splenda pie filling. Mix dry cake mix and pie filling. Bake as directed on the cake mix box.

Those sound yummy Julia. Do you know if you can replace the egg white with liquid egg?

I assume you mean something like Egg Beater. I don't see why that wouldn't work, because Egg Beater is mainly just egg white.
