OT Crushing news from Bonnie NJ

How I hate to be the bearer of such devastating news. Here's what I received from our Bonnie NJ -

>Hi Polly,

I wanted to let you know that I will only be sending one quilt for the babies in Mississippi. I will save the address and send one when I can. My son decided that he no longer wanted to live and we are dealing with his death. Please do not suggest a hug quilt for me, instead I would like the women in the group to make quilts for the babies if they feel the need to do anything. I don't think I'll be reading or posting to the group for some time. I just wanted to let you know. Bonnie NJ >>

Lord, have mercy. Polly

Such Sad Sad news..... I hope Bonnie and her family can find some comfort in good memories. It has to hurt like H*** right now.

Oh no. This is dreadful. Thank you for being so well-loved and trusted that you can let us know what has happened to our friend. There are no words of comfort which can be heard right now, I'm sure. Perhaps when the sharpest pain of anguish has passed, Bonnie might need us to reassure her. I won't be able to send quilts to the group that you mentioned, that Bonnie is referring to; but I am making quilts already for the Worcester Children's Hospice and the Worcester Hospital neo-natal unit, so I hope that qualifies and will be some consolation to Bonnie in due time.

God help Bonnie and her family. . In message , Polly Esther writes
