.....what really keeps me away from the group for extended periods of time? Or maybe you just want a picture to throw darts at....lol. Well, here's your chance for either/or/both:

Was interviewed for local paper thanks to tips I had been posting on the CheepSkates blog.....then time for a photo shoot and now, about 2 weeks after all that, I'm famous! Well, at least in my own little area (walked in to buy the paper, and the first thing one of the clerks said was, "Isn't this you in the paper today?!??")....ah well.....

Terrific article, Larisa. Thanks for sharing it - and your ideas for saving. Some things may not seem to be a big deal on a weekly or monthly basis, but they sure can add up when you look at it over a year's time! Way to go!

Great article! I did the same things when DH decided to go to university, and we bought our first house. Still cut DH's hair, and DS2's when we are home in the summer.

Great article, mostly common sense stuff. I had to "downsize" my budget when I got divorced oh so many years ago! I really does work.
