Well, the final tiles went down this afternoon. DH came home from work early, planning on getting to them ASAP, but decided that he needed a nap (we ALL did!), then he had a meeting at church. Finally, when that was done, he got cracking and I started dinner. A brief break to eat and back he went......the room looks fabulous!!! I am planning on taking pictures as soon as I can (which will be when I find the batteries for the video recorder..oh, and the video recorder as well).
DS helped DH dust the house while I vacuumed, so everything is nice and clean, smelling of oranges. DS also "helped" me make the first of the desert recipes - Swiss chocolate cookies - and even gave it the first test run. Of course, since he is 3, anything with chocolate is yummy to him, so I will have to wait until our friends get here for adult, objective opinions.
I am folding one load of clothes and have this weeks clothes to get taken care of by the end of the night - I have been told that they will be here for breakfast tomorrow, which in this house is around 6:30am.
It is because of their visit that I might not be here every day. In fact, I might not make it to the ng until sometime wednesday, so........

-quilt away
-enojy some great chocolate and down time
-don't chatter too much or my computer will not let me access anything!
