Hope everyone has a great day! DH and I are celebrating quietly this winter. I'm cooking a small turkey, but only have 6 kinds of cookies, squares and tarts this year. We've been having lots of visitors to the garden railway. I baked chocolate gingerbread train cookies this year. They fit perfectly into a zip snack bag, so they ride in the boxcar of the train, along with some candy canes. Big kids can help themselves as the train rolls by, and DH or I stop the train so the smaller visitors can find a treat! Since we don't have any grandchildren, we get to share everyone else's!
