Over on Facebook, Pami posted that her newest petscan showed cancer in her lungs for the first time. They're taking it hard, as would be expected.
Hugs to all my friends, be safe and well, Sunny

Oh dear. There haven't been any posts showing up here, for me, in the last few days. This is the first one, and not one I wanted to see. Thanks for letting us know, Sunny.

Poor soul. Thanks for letting us know Sunny. It is horrible to think about. She has made such a fight of it. . In message , Sunny writes
She's braver than I am -- gearing up for yet another round of chemo with some new drug -- she hopes. I had a good friend who was in the same condition and the local clinic ethics board just called a halt to her chemo and said 'no more ... we have tried and tried and now the chemo is doing more harm than good.' I really can't think about this much. But Pami is in my prayers all the time. And her brave, wonderful husband.
Hugs, Sunny
God bless our precious Pami. Just never ever saw anybody put up such a fight. We hold her so very close. Polly
Danm. Prayers go out to them, Pami and family...
And to you. Take care.
My sister's bridesmaid and best friend since schooldays (so well over 30 years now) is in the same boat. Just been given the months left notice. She's going down fighting, but it's hard on her and Little Sis, who is like a sister to Liz.
Life's a bugger sometimes...
My mom finished off her first round of chemo with more cancer than she started with. The doctor was talking hospice, my mom got a new doctor. The relatives are all going to visit, and my dad has decided she just needs better drugs, and to eat and drink more. This is liable to get really ugly on an emotional level.

Yup. Hugs, to you and yours.
Prayers are on their way to Pami and her Family! ME-Judy
I saw that, Sunny...I was very sad to hear that, brought me to tears. She is such a fighter and a wonderful person. I only wish I could have visited her when I lived in NY, she was so close, now that I think about the distance we traveled from there to CA compared with the distance between our homes back in NY. Prayers are always said for her and all my quilty friends here on RCTQ.
