OT - Mary Graham order received after almost 3 months

Surprise, surprise!! Guess what was in my mail on Friday! (Well, the subject line gives that away.)

I ordered a pattern from her site on March 23. I used all the email addresses y'all suggested. I finally printed off a snail-mail form and sent it with a printout of my PayPal payment. Then I put off notifying PayPal because I just had too many other dumb little things to attend to.

There was no apology or explanation in the envelope with the pattern.

March 23 until June 13. "Amazing" customer service. I guess my Friday the

13th was lucky.

Is there any other date information anywhere? The customer service was bad that you didn't get any response, but it's always possible that it got held up somewhere else.

The original order online paid through PayPal, 4 emails to 4 different addresses about 2 weeks apart, then my snail mail letter about 2 more weeks later.

"It" didn't get held up anywhere. There were at least 6 communications in three different manners over a month's time.

I just got lazy and was waiting until my vacation time to notify PayPal. Meanwhile, the pattern came -- two months after my last communication with her.

Wonder if there were a lot of complaints to PayPal. Maybe PayPal finally said she had to start making good or they would cut off her account.
