I agree NM. All those folks with their fancy caphalon (sp) pans need to think about the merits of a good old cast iron pan. Actually the article doesn't say it was cast iron but damage looks like it! Taria

Far too many preying on the elderly these days. We had a home invasion in our town - young man, 80 yr old lady living alone in a farmhouse. He broke in and she fended him off with a pitchfork - she got him too. Police picked him up down the road from her place, hopefully full of holes. Go Granny!!
