A few weeks ago I asked for your prayers when I learned my breast cancer had moved into my femur. Just want to let you know it appears your prayers have worked.
I had been told that a biopsy was nearly impossible, but my orthopedic surgeon suggested someone who might be willing to try to put a needle into the ball of my femur. That procedure was done Monday, and Thursday I learned that there is no suggestion of malignancy in the sample tested. I will still need a hip replacement, but it is not so urgent now, and seems much less a problem than the cancer spreading.
