The subject line says it all. If you didn't receive yours, let me know. Or, if you DID receive it, but want a different format....

Please check your deleted folder before telling me you didn't receive it. :D Sometimes other family members delete the directory by accident, or you may have a 'rule' set up that deletes it.

Go into Windows explorer and find where your *&%$£ computer saved the file, then right click on the file name and "Create Shortcut", then drag the shortcut onto your desktop...
