Boy do I hear you there, Jeanne. Sounds like my household.... just need somebody to celebrate with once in a while, and get excited about stuff.

Read about the process in a book on the history of chocolate. I read the book to 4th graders. Putting in the cream makes milk chocolate. Sorry, all copies of that book are in my cabinet at school or I'd give you more info. I don't know who said you can't mix water with chocolate since historically that's one of the ways it was first prepared. Sugar was added only when the concoction got to Europe.
