Would anyone like a 10% voucher for Prairie Quilt in Hennessey OK? I will not be ordering from them again. I sent an email one week ago today, which outlined my dissapointment with my first (and last!) order from them, from non-communication about how it would be shipped, leading to it being shipped a more expensive way (and risked a big hit with customs!), and a Minky fabric that has a flaw in it - it doesn't lay down smooth. What good is that? Guess what? They *never* emailed me back, not to address any of the issues. That is not good customer service, that is *no* customer service.
I suppose someone will pop up and say this is their favourite shop, they're best friends and so on. Jolly good for them. That wasn't my experience.
