I have a lovely picture of me holding my friend and matron of honour's 3 month old baby: DH is looking on, smoking a big fat cigar (we were outside and he wasn't breathing smoke on the baby), and I am still in wedding dress and veil!
My other great memory is my brother's face, when we sang him Happy Birthday! Yep, he's 45 today!
A slight sad point was standing at the alter without my dad, who died the day the baby was born.

We're alrady planning our silver prezzy to each other in case they go off the books! Durham University - where we met - does some lovely rings, and we are having a silver one each.
