Re: Color vote for Stack and Whack

This brought up several interesting points: Color is subjective! Everyone sees color differently and responds personally. The yellow makes the blue glow, actually enhances the blue, (additive property of color) The green makes the orange wings and red lady bugs dance. The light blue makes the tummies pronounce and the lttle stars and the yellow/orange glow. The red washes the blue right out. Which one do you like...which one do you miss as you change the blocks around? My preference is the green, second pale blue. Thsi brings me to the whole SnW idea, I did fine until I got to this part...I like all my stars complete ten I can decide on background, it was a real challenge for me to decide on background at the beginning, I want the blocks to look individual and sometimes in these SnWs the blocks begin to look the same.....perhaps your solution would be to give each block a different color, stick to three, and use the bug fabric (or something in same happy color scheme) as sashing, with red, orange, green and blue cornerstones
