Re: quilty question

Thank you muchly Ms. Roberta!! Now I don't feel like such a dunce. I asked DH (who knows nothing aobut quilting, except not to interrupt me when I am muttering to a stack of fabric and to BE HONEST when opinions are asked) and we came up with the theory that they were inspired by quilts found in and around the Baltimore area......guess I'm more quilt-smart than I thought.
