SWAP sign-up deadlines coming soon!

the sign-up deadlines of the swaps is coming closer so sign up soon so you don't miss out! I am using the yahoo groups as a central place to keep up with the swaps as I have found that this way people don't forget deadlines (due to reminders) and feel more involved in the swap itself. and we all have fun along the way! it isn't required to receive emails from the groups but in order for me to keep track of who is sending what I do need everyone to put their names into the data bases made for that purpose.

The starry night swap has photo's of all the blocks **already** made by participants and boy are they looking good! it's going to be hard to return the swaps to everyone for that swap!

in the scrappy block swap (not the siggie one) the debate on which block to use has started with lots of fun idea's of nice easy blocks that are not paper pieced :-)

in the siggie swap people have been plotting colours - some are considering a theme so their can be spotted in all the quilts made some are keeping things totally scrappy and are emptying that scrap box!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Starry, starry night swap we are swapping 6" stars in star colours on a medium/dark blue or black background
6 stars in a set max 6 sets only use a fabric once in a single set in all the sets you send in. full guidelines can be found via a link on my website or by looking in google groups in a post with the same subject.
RCTQ Scrappy Siggie Swap 2007 we are swapping *scrappy* 6" Indian hatchet SIGGIE blocks, as many as there are participants *however* if the group is very large we will vote to split the group into smaller ones. colours: scrappy corners on white or cream or pale beige the blocks will be signed. full guidelines can be found via a link on my website or by looking in google groups in a post with the same subject.
the original post about the siggie swap doesn't seem to be linked from your website and as the link to the correct yahoo group isn't here, that leaves anyone wanting to join it a little stuck....
...having said that, intrigued though I am, I think I'm going to skip it for this year, but I hope to join in next year,
thanks for doing the organising
Those overachievers!! But they're all lovely blocks, and I can't wait to get started. I'll likely do my blocks on a couple of days while DD's at school, but it'll have to wait until I can get my room cleaned up in the next couple of weeks.
