Tutorial or pattern for covering a reusable shopping bag

I have one similar to this . It's nice to have in my purse, but I usually forget to use it anyhow. I didn't make mine -- it was one of the "gifts" from the Race for the Cure one year, so it has advertising on it. I've considered making some like it, probably using ripstop or something similarly light and strong, but haven't gotten around to it.

I usually take my assortment of reusable bags when I do my grocery shopping, but don't mind having some plastic bags, because they are right size for liners for our waste baskets. We're in a condo and all our garbage has to be wrapped before putting it in the dumpster, or I might not bother. We do recycle everything we can.

Thanks for all the links. I've now found several more I want to make. I really enjoy making bags and wallets, etc., but only carry a wristlet when I can get away with it--the rest of the junk--checkbook and stuff like that--stays in a larger handbag usually in the trunk of the car. I've been making wonder wallets just for the fun of it lately, and everybody who'll stand still long enough usually ends up with one i just happen to have with me (g).
