I do lots of appliqué on crib quilts. Lots. Tonight I'm stitching Darcy Ashton's "Grandma's Bunnies". The bunnies seemed to call for 30's repro. I didn't want to waste my repro stash so I searched about for something to use for their backing. There was a mile or so of soft, sheer, washed voile here and I thought to give it a try. How lovely. It turned easily, added nearly no weight, survived all the clips for bunny ears, tails and furry paws. This isn't going to be a great moment in your quilting knowledge but do file it away in your memory ( if any). Don't you love bunnies? and ... Happy Easter and Passover and spring, that is, if you Ever get spring. Polly
