woohoo...making progress!!

well, got the quilt all pinned down - DS helped me squish the batting down - yesterday afternoon. Last night, I got the quilt sandwich sewn together and the whole thing turned. It looks a ton better than what I expected, and once again, DH said he liked it the best of everything that I have done so far.

Today's list of chores include:

-iron quilt and hand sew the opening shut

-fold the last bit of laundry

-drain the swimming pool for cleaning

-play ball with DS while the pool is draining

-continually think about how to quilt this baby quilt

-try to figure out what I will be taking to quilt class...am making this the last one except on an as needed basis

-cut out the coupons tht I need for grocery shopping

-psych myself up for not having a car for a few days (my car will be in the shop, and I am not comfortable driving a GEO Metro alone, much less with DS in the car with me

-um, nap when I can

-eat lunch

well, i think that is about everything.........

Larisa, too tired for happ dancing for the little bit of progress that I am making daily
