Anyone interested if we plan a cruise for Jan. 2010. Make it centered so it wouldn't be on either coast....it would be out of Galveston,TX. Each person would call and set up their own cruise with their travel agent or call the cruise line. There are different discounts for different things....military,age55+,residency, past guest, etc. Carnival Line is the cheapest of all cruise lines. Instead of Darrell and I going it alone (which we will if no one wants to join us)we'd like some to be able to join us.
The particualr cruise I am hoping everyone might like is
Carnival Conquest the price I saw was $539+ gov't taxes for 7 days (less then $100 a day for swimming, playing, relaxing, all you can eat buffet, room service, and LOTS more, etc)
Departs Galveston, Tx on January 10, 2010
Itinerary: Eastern Caribbean: Galveston, TX ; Fun Day At Sea ; Key West, FL ; Freeport, Bahamas ; Nassau, Bahamas ; Fun Day At Sea ; Fun Day At Sea ; Galveston, TX
OR
Carnival Conquest price of $409+ gov't taxes for this one (if you spent $500 round trip on a plane or less this trip would be less then $100 a day for trip and air...WOW**)
Departs Galveston, TX on either 24th or 31st of January
Itinerary: Western Caribbean: Galveston, TX ; Fun Day At Sea ; Fun Day At Sea ; Montego Bay, Jamaica ; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands ; Cozumel, Mexico ; Fun Day At Sea ; Galveston, TX
So let's take a poll to see if ya'll wanna try again for a group gettogether. Also which date is better.. No conference room no scrapping (as you won't really have time) Just fun.
