yes i agree i been lurking off and on and see its slow.. it could be the weather we arein the 70's and thats a first for us in arizona so i know i am enjoying the outside more.. even going out to get a free lunch that a local place is offering..cheeseburger , fries and coke all free for today..what can be better than that..oh i know that ice cream Linda was talking about..hahaha chatty cathy

I am here, but only for another day. I leave Friday morning at 3am from my house to head to airport in Amarillo to fly to LA. going to rubberstamp show in Carson. Surprise someone too!

It was beautiful here today. Sunny 77 with a slight breeze. They finished reroofing the house this afternoon, so the children and I were able to get out in the play yard after they left. We'd been stuck inside during playtime all week due to the roofers. I was concerned about something falling/blowing off the roof and hurting a child. I know these days are coming to a close. Possible rain tomorrow.

Overworked and underpaid....but, what's new? Actually it's been a good week, except for the roofers banging away during nap time. DD taking drivers training and DS in scouts and basketball...keeping me scared and busy. I seem to have no time for scrapping or reading on my own. I have been doing a lot of reading with DS for school, but Sammy Keyes is not my 'cup of tea."

Yes we are calling for rain tomorrow afternoon and evening. The farmers around here have been working 24-7 to get the harvest in before it rains. I was a little startled after supper tonight..There is a cornfield behind our house, and while I was watching TV in the kitchen after supper, something caught my eye out the window, the dogs were going NUTS, and then I saw headlights coming at me out of the field...they were off of the combine that was working the field..LOL My DS laughed at me.
