Does anyone have good instructions for Paper bag Albums

Just wondering if anyone has some really good paper bag album directions? I have always wanted to make one; especially like the ones found on e-bay. I want to know where they stick the tags, how they sew the pages on or if it is just sewn then adhered to the bag. Also, they have all these ribbons sticking out all over (what are they attached to)? Are they attached to tags? Where can/do you put the pockets? Anyone who has any info. it would be greatly appreciated!! God Bless, Dorothy in NY
