I know the feeling. I placed an order with CE and when I was on the final page it said I had chosen overnight shipping at a cost of $36 when I had not. I have a scrolling mouse and I think when I scrolled it scrolled the js box. Anyway it was a Sat and I emailed and then called and left a message since they are closed on the weekends. Monday morning I called again and left a message and there was no follow up email or phone call. Monday afternoon I again called and had to leave a message and again no call back. I even told them they could call collect. The stuff came a week later and the invoice showed the $36 charge. I decided it was my last order there and then a week later they credited my credit card for the difference in shipping. I'm still pissed off although they refunded the difference, taking 30 seconds and letting me know that they got my message and would credit my account would have been all it took to let me know that they had gotten my messages and given me piece of mind.
