Even though it is too late for the May CCC, I wanted to give a shape card a try. I also wanted to keep up with the number of cards I will need by Christmas. The only paper piecing I have done is the bears and bunnies I've done with the homemade paper, so this was new to me...and not quite as hard as I thought they would be. I thought they turned out real cute. I put 5 in my card box and saved one to use on a LO for hidden journaling I found a pattern for these snowman cards in an old scrapbook magazine. I've been going through all of the stacks of mags I have and tearing out what I want or like before sending them on to my DD to do the same. She is then moving them on to another scrapper she knows for the same thing.
