May reminder for casual Cruise for Feb 2010

Just reminding the group about a Cruise for 2010 that Darrell and I are taking, we're bringing Zen too.

Anyone interested can join if they want. Made it centered so it wouldn't be on either coast....it would be out of Galveston, TX. Each person would call and set up their own cruise with their travel agent or call the cruise line. Some take payments. There are different discounts for different things....military, age 55+, residency, past guest, etc. Carnival Line is the cheapest of all cruise lines. Instead of Darrell and I going it alone (which we will if no one wants to join us) we'd like some to be able to join us.

The particualr cruise I am hoping everyone might like is

Carnival Conquest: the price I saw was $529 + gov't taxes for 7 days (less then $100 a day for swimming, playing, relaxing, all you can eat buffet, room service, onboard shows/entertainment and LOTS more, etc)

***prices change all the time.... get in early for this low price. Was Jan of 2010 but price jumped to $619.........

Departs Galveston, Tx on Feb 7th, 2010

Itinerary: Eastern Caribbean: Galveston, TX ; Fun Day At Sea ; Key West, FL ; Freeport, Bahamas ; Nassau, Bahamas ; Fun Day At Sea ; Fun Day At Sea ; Galveston, TX

No conference room! no scrapping! (as you won't really have time) Just fun. When we took Dave last month He was hardly ever in the room. We weren't either.Over 800 pictures between us. Too much to do onboard and docked in ports.
