OT: did anyone get a DVD by mail from CK?

I got a DVD/ ROM with scrapbooking tips and techniques and interviews with Lisa Bearnson in my mail today. It's an intro to a series of DVD's you can purchase called The Essential Scrapbook Video Collection. The letter says I can send it back if I don't want to keep it at no charge and keep the free gift (a small package of card kits) , or I can pay for it and join up. I never ordered it or heard of it before, but because I have a subscription to Paper Crafts magazine, they sent it!

Anybody else get one?

I have gotten them before and have sent them back. I think it was a pricey item especially to join. Look into it before making any decisions to keep it.

i thought there was a mail rule that said if you didn't order it you can keep it?

I haven't heard of that one April.. but that would be cool if it was something I wanted. After viewing the DVD I think I am sending it back. The interview with Lisa was interesting, and she gave a tour of her scraproom, which is totally organized!! the techniques and tips I have seen before, and its not worth $7.

I have received five or six of them. It says I can preview them and decide if I want to buy them so I watch them and send them back...nothing I wanted to keep so bad to see again. It also says I can keep the card kit that comes with it so I've been keeping them too. Sandy
