Here' is the kicker, they are worried about the economy AND they want the appraisal our bank did and they are willing to pay for it. I told them to go to H**l and enjoy the trip. I'll provide the reciept but the appraisal is none of their business. The owner's husband is also worried about his job and they are having problems getting a mortgage (they can get an ARM but not a fixed like us). They are just now telling my broker if we can wait six months they will revisit the sale. We're looking at a 2 bedroom on sunday.

I'm very very P**ed Off.

Ooohhhh Kate. I'm so sorry to hear that. I know it's hard to keep your chin up. It took DH and I 1 1/2 years to find a house.

Oh Kate, how disappointing. When we were selling our old house it was so upsetting to us when we had people get almost to the end and back out or not able to get the financing completed. We had our current house on hold with my cousin waiting to sell our old one to be able to buy this one. It was crazy. I'll cross everything I can for you for the next one. Hang in there, Sandy
