Is there a charge then to send these pictures? I went and started signing up and read the site policies and it stated something about charges and taxes being paid by members and I changed my mind.....

I didn't see any where there was a charge. Besides without a credit card number I dare them to try and charge me.

It is set up as a Ning community. There is no charge to join. Just a place to share ideas and projects.
