Repost: Newbie With A Question

I don't know if any of you can help me or not, but I figure it can't hurt to ask. I'll be as clear as I can in describing these stickers.

I am having the worst time finding an item that is kinda hard to describe.

These are jeweled sticker embellishments with clear backing. Some of them are a page of corners, some are individual stickers like snowflakes and butterflies.

I still have a few that I bought at Hobby Lobby, but it seems that these stickers have been discontinued. I can't even seem to find them on the net. :(

People really like the way these stickers look when I use them on personal greeting cards.

I am so disappointed that I can no longer find these really neat sparkly stickers. I don't even know what brand they were because I cut up the packages they came in. (Duh!)

Thank you so much for listening.

P.S. This time I have a picture, thanks to Tblackwell.

I haven't seen anything like them, but will keep my eyes open. The picture really helps. Thanks for getting that up.

Welcome to the group Kari. Sorry I can't help you with the stickers, I've never seen them before. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you.

Thank you! Being that no one in here has seen these stickers, I'm figuring that this must have been one of those temporary scrapbooking items that didn't go over well. Or maybe there were other reasons for their disappearance.

Thanks to all who responded and tried to help and thanks for the warm welcome!

Kari,

I'm not promising anything here but... those stickers do look sort of familiar to me. While I'm out shopping this week, I'll stop by my local scrapping stores. My best friend works at a small one here in my hometown and I'll email her the picture to see if she recognizes them. I'm not sure when I'll get out (my youngest two have colds right now) but hopefully in the next day or so.

I'll let you know.

Kari, I haven't seen these stickers but I have used body jewels. These are called *Crystal Tattoo* and are meant to wear on your body. The ones I have are either heart shaped or large snowflake shaped. The rhinestones are clear. Each tattoo is on a clear tape. You press the design against the paper and carefully pull of the clear tape. The rhinestone design sticks to your paper. You might be able to still find these. I found peel and stick rhinestones at a dollar store but they are individual rhinestones not in a design. HTH

Kari,

I did some searching online and it seems that this particular type of sticker is like a jeweled epoxy or sometimes called a gem sticker. I haven't found the ones you're looking for yet but I'll keep trying.

Do they look something like these from Making Memories?

These are also similar but I still can't find any butterflies or snowflakes.

You know something? I think you've hit the nail on the head. Yes, these are the stickers I'm trying to find. I recognise the jewels and the packaging.

Thanks so much to all of you for your help in finding these stickers! Y'all have made my day!

Kari, off to go sticker shopping :)
