Based on past experience, the sign-up emails for the embelishment swaps should include the following:
Your Name: Email Address: Snail Mail Address: Phone number: Any dates that you know you will be unable to receive the box.
Phone numbers are required for round robin swaps, so the hostess can get in touch with you if something happens.
It is my belief that telephone numbers should be required for all our swaps for that very same reason. We know from experience that not everyone on the group is on their computer everyday, and that is fine except when something comes up and the host/hostess needs your assistance or imput.
Special note to hostesses: Please do not forget to email me your swap info. Once you have all your participants, please send me an update of who is participating and if you would, if your swap is running late, please email me the details so I can post it to the swap and help keep people informed.
