School Scrapbook Question

Hi everyone! My daughter is just entering kindergarden and, of course, I already have pics of her first day of school. I wanted to know if people are making up separate scrapbooks for each grade or if you are just making up "school" pages in the book you are already working on. For her first year of preschool, I made up a completely separate small book at the end of the year.

Thanks!

I'm including the first day of school in the family album. I don't have a separate school album. Sometimes I think I should have say a sports album and school album which would include field trip pictures. But I'm not that organized to do that yet. Who knows I'm famous for taking my albums apart and reorganizing I may still do it yet.

I think it really depends on how many pictures you have. Being a mom that works outside the home, I wasn't able to be there for all of the fun things they did in school and was never able to make the field trips. I do have a few pics from the few times I was able to be there but they definitely aren't enough to make an album a year. I have a scrapbook for each of my children that has some of their special functions in them. DD was very involved in dance so I have an entire album of just dance recital pictures (the professional pictures of the groups then of her individually), there are some competition pages in there too. Now that DD is in HS and on their dance squad, I'm starting a new album of her HS years. DS on the other hand hasn't been involved in school so I don't have much to put into his HS album. Long reply but........I hope it helps. lol Susan
