We lost our Kitty Radar today`

For those who kenw him, he was a favorite pet. Dab, Dave and Kenda all threathened to steal him away. Today Radar went to kitty heaven. He was an awesome pet and I will miss him terribly. Radar was 15+ and he had a great life. He went into kidney failure and Rick took him to the vets. We already knew that he would not be coming home, but it didn't make it any easier on either Rick who was there petting him as he was put to sleep, or for me, who was with him when he was born and loved him so very much.

I know I haven't been posting as much as I'd like, I've been so busy working on the house and trying to figure out what we should do house wise in Kentucky.

Hope this posts, seems that I'm always having a hard time posting even when I do draft replies!

Oh, M-C, hugs going out to you. I remember well the day we lost our furbaby who had been with us for 17+ years. DH was out of town at a conference and she just went to sleep and didn't wake up again. I had to deal with all three children and the funeral and then DH when he got home. Sandy

Ahhhh BIG HUGS to you and Rick. I remember you talking about how special he was on several occasions. How anyone that met Radar would want to tuck him away in their purse or suitcase to have him all to themselves. You were so blessed to have him in your life.

I am SO Sorry!

We lost our beloved Stoney (24+) almost a year ago now, and even with his replacement Pebbles, I still feel the loss. I know exactly what you mean by "loved him so very much".

I lost my Tigger a year ago this past Sunday. He was 4 years shy of 22 years old & we'd been together since he was 3.5 months old.

You have my sincere sympathies. It's hard to lose a furry friend.
