What are you doing with your Christmas cards??

I'm making ornaments with the store bought cards.

A new scrapbook store opened near me a few weeks ago YAY!!!!! and on Monday morning I went over there to check it out and do a little scrappin'--the other lady who went made all her Christmas cards into 12X12 layouts with various Christmas embellishments-- turned out great!! And fast too--she did 8 in just a few hours!!

I've got cards I've saved since the 80s, now I know what to do with them! :-)

I save the sentimental ones or ones with an actual letter written in them (but they're few and far between nowadays!) Bought cards get recycled into new christmas cards every few years when I've got enough of them accumulated...

My sister wraps her Christmas packages in a plain or striped paper, then applies an old Christmas card front and a pretty raffia bow. Her packages are always distinctive.
