A quick question:

Stick those decorations back down and put another bunch on the front. It's the only way...

Anyway to get fusible webbing off a shirt?

It's a long shot, but it's a perfectly good shirt. If I hadn't ironed the decorations onto the wrong side I would have just let them stay on there.

That's a good idea. Who knows what's under the Darth cape anyway?

Hayden Christensen? :) I'm sure you'd fine someone who thinks they know, other than the costume designer. I did a Princess Leia costume this year and in looking around for costuming tips found tons of very serious Star Wars costume websites. Though some were obviously not serious sewists so their directions left much to be desired. Most important is that your son was happy! Maybe he would think it's cool to have more stuff on the back as well as front. One could imagine that Anakin perhaps had back injuries as well (as if the legs/arms/lava weren't enough to deal with). Isn't Halloween all about the joy of pretending? I think Penny's suggestion of Goo Gone is your best hope of getting off the sticky stuff if you do try to take it off.
