Colour forecasting

This question was asked on the DyersLIST and I know I've seen the answer somewhere... Where can one find forecasts of next year's fashions in colours?

I do. At least, I do when I can find fabrics in the colours that suit me. The original question was asked by a quilter and dyer. I suppose he's trying to produce fashionable colours in advance.

It was a fashion page that described garments as well as colours. Maybe I dreamed it :-( Sally H PS Aren't some of the descriptions ... well... strange? "These dynamic shades will energize women and enable them to move quickly." "A subversion of prep school propriety finds expression..." Yeah, right.

Along with male announcers telling me which cleaning products to use (how to make life "better", etc.), I am sincerely offended at the idea of a color "enabling me to move quickly". The very idea that someone could manipulate me that way is offensive.

Egads, what are these people thinking, if anything????
