I have an Edison Electric portable sewing machine, made in Japan by Deluxe, It looks to be from the 40's but it doesn't say "occupied Japan" so I am guessing it is from the 50's. Has anybody ever heard of this ? I am having trouble with the top thread breaking and I need to know if I am threading it correctly and/or if it is worth getting repaired. any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark
