Well... I left the marker out and opened up some new off-white silk next to it...
was the top capped properly??
Of course not!
It's a Marvy Permanent Marker - says it's water and chlorine resistent... is it everything resistent??

Try a stain remover. One that takes out ink. I use Dylon and that works like a charm on just about anything.
Hope it helps!
Almost all manufacturers can tell you how to get something they've made back out of something else -- because they know the chemistry, so I'd get hold of Marvy first.
Failing that, I'd try solvents like acetone or xylene, but only in a fume hood! And try it on scraps you've marked with the same marker first!
