It's the same here. I had a merchant account for many years for my mail order/show sales, and had several people claim fraudulent chargebacks. A copy of their invoice was usually all it took for the credit card bank to believe me, though.

Well I've been battling this issue back and forth with the seller, but still no luck. I actually went as far as sending them two photos to compare, the one of theirs with the foot missing and the one from the Wizard Attachment site with the foot there. I said "see anything missing??" She wouldn't even commment on the photos and claims that she doesn't know what I'm talking about. She claims to have sold "hundreds" of these as they are without a complaint. I don't see how that's possible because it can't be used without the foot, unless the buyers already had the Quilt Wizard or the Ribbon Wizard. Then, they would have the foot.
I contacted the Wizard attachment people and told them the story, asked them if they sell any such sets that are factory sealed without the foot (the foot slot just there, but empty). They replied asking what type of machine I have, and I'm not sure why they asked but I haven't heard back since I replied. I browsed their site and they do sell the Elastic guides without the foot, but they are not in the same package,don't have a tin and it certainly doesn't have an empty slot where the foot should be.
