Finally received my first issue of Threads!!

It finally came!!! I have been waiting since my parents ordered it for my birthday March 12th. What a great magazine. I have only had time to skim it so far, what with all the birthday parties (3 of my 4 children+ Norway's birthday) and house guests (one of which has a birthday on Sunday) I have had. I come up for air at the beginning of June. But I am thrilled and I will be buying a magazine box for them. The Norwegian pattern magazine I also ordered at the same time has not arrived yet so I am still checking the mailbox...

I just know, Kirsten, you will enjoy and learn something in every issue, as I've been subscribing for 20+ years and that is the way it is for me. I hope you will soon find a few minutes here & there to glance at it, but birthdays are very important, especially the children's. Emily
