I finished a shirt for me today, using fabric from a
much-loved-but-no-longer-worn skirt. So, free (or at least it
qualifies as using 'stash').  Pics here:

I am looking forward to wearing it at the beach in a few weeks! ;-D

Close enough, about and hour and a half to my favorite place:

An hour the other direction takes me to this:

The biggest scrap was the waistband, but it was interlined with a
fusible I could not get off.  So, no... ;-}

Thank you.  I loved that print when I made it into a skirt, and I
just could *not* donate it.

I have used that pattern probably a dozen times, at least.  I often
make small changes. The sleeve cuffs were new this time, because I
didn't have quite enough fabric to make the sleeves the length I
wanted.

I could do with some summer wear right now - with the current heat wave, the

me). I'd be contented with a beach, to be honest. As I can't have that, I'll
savour your ingenious center front pattern matches. You outdid yourself
again, Beverly. And frugal, too! ;-)

We are also having a heat wave!  I posted this image of my
indoor-outdoor thermometer to FB a few days ago:

Thanks, I was so happy to have a new garment out of that fabric. And
you know how much I love matching patterns, I was distressed not to
have had enough fabric to do it on the new shirt. ;-}
