Happy dance!

My plus sise adjustable tailors form arrived yesterday! I've put it all = together and it's standing in my dining room.

After making me jump every time I walk by it, thinking there is an = intruder in the house, I then noticed how fat I _really_ am. Then I get = really happy asI can get on with my sewing without as many obstacles.

Thankyou to everyone who provided links and advice.

I ended up buying the adjustoform supafit deluxe from Nutt sewing = machine in Birmingham. They were really helpful and answered all my = questions, and recognised me when I phone in my order after the weekend. = The one I bought is at

I scared a guest when I left Parton (my plus size form) dressed in the corner of the room. He rolled over in bed to see this huge headless woman in Wench Kit 'looking' at him!

I now have four: Dolly, the smaller one (22 YO adjustaform), Parton, the bigger one (Ancient nameless one with slightly rusty screws), Athena (an 'Athena' brand one made of expanded polystyrene), and the new child size Adjustaform, as yet unchristened. I want the male one... Then I'll have a whole family!

Mine is named Anne.

For Anne Bolyn She was dressed in bethan in a dark sewing room and I saw her out of the corner of my eye my heart jumped.

hmm..we just call mine Risa II....cause I always adjust her to my current measurements...and though I have had her for about 4 years now, she can still scare the bejesus out of me when she is fully clothed. She keeps watch by our back basement door....helps scare off anybody trying to get in...lol

Mine is Rose, for Gypsy Rose Lee, since her main job is getting dressed and undressed.

Wendy..I like this one, I really like it.....now I'm smacking my head for not thinking of it ....though I guess I could go with Gypsy.....Rose is my middle name, so it's no better than Risa II

It gets better, we had just watched castle ghosts of England. It has this part about Anne roaming around the tower with out a face they set the scene showing a spectral figure wearing a french hood and no face in other words no head underneath. She has been Anne ever since.
