How could I make a plush polygonal die?

Hello, my friends and I are big gamers, DnD and the like, and my friends are having babies. I wanted to make plush 20-sided dice for the new babies. Does anyone know how I could make one that will keep its shape? Thanks!

Dear Jo,

There is an interfacing that is as stiff as cardboard, and is washable. I use it for handbags and hat brims. Look in the interfacings section at your local fabric store. To use it, you'll need to design the shape, and cut separate pieces for each segment. The fabric, of course, needs seam allowances, but the interfacing is too stiff to have in the seams. You can sometimes find this interfacing as an iron-on; if you can't, you can use Stitch Witchery to hold the two layers together while you sew. Leave one side of one segment open to stuff.

:Teri,

Thanks so much! I am a novice sew-girl, so that helps alot. I appreciate it, and so will my friends.
