Metal corner 'thingies'

I'm looking for metal corners (for the outside corners of a fabric box) but I don't know what they are called, so having a hard time with my searches. They're sort of like the metal corners that are sometimes put on the collar points of western shirts, but square. I've done several searches for 'metal collar points', 'fabric box corners' 'western wear notions' etc. etc. and haven't come close. I know they exist, because I bought a Victorian needle box from a crafts fair, and the corners are finished with brass-looking things - that's what I'm trying to find. Another clue: they look like the gummed paper corners that we used to use to hold photos in albums. Can someone point me to a supplier? Or tell me what they're called, so I can try to find a source? Thanks.

Go to your local hardware store and ask. Not Home Depot, but a real hardware store. They will know what you are talking about. It's really easy to find brass ones. I don't know what they are officially called, either. I just tell the guys at the hardware store what I'm looking for or what I need it for, and they show me where it is.

I have seen these, usually while looking at reconditioned trunks. Try woodworking supply places. They might have them in smaller sizes.

We have purchased them at our local Ace Hardware store. If they are not in stock, they will order for you. Normal time for a special order is usually under two weeks.

Thanks to everyone who replied. The 'cigar box corners' that AngrieWoman and Sally Holmes mentioned are just the thing! I forgot to say that I'm in Canada, so was looking for a Canadian supplier. The hint about hardware stores led me to look at Lee Valley Tools, and sure enough, they had them listed uner 'box hardware'.

Warning - Lee Valley can be harmful to your wallet. There's just too many good things there.
